Transition effect #1101

I mentionned in past possibility having transitions utilities. Like here : https://semantic-ui.com/modules/transition.html or https://h5bp.github.io/Effeckt.css/#0

Do you think including this kind of feature in Metro-UI ? (or considering to let it to specialized librairies ?)

Actually, using Animate.css with MetroUI Really great with data-on-open in dialog box for example.
