added hotstepper & BBC Civilisations to apps #128

Hello - Thanks for the awesome list - I've added just two projects from Nexus Studios - Hotstepper is probably still the only Augmented Reality character-based Wayfinding app on the store - and BBC Civilisations was featured at WWDC and is used as an example for UX design in AR
