Add unit tests for TransactionMapper

Description

This PR adds unit tests for the TransactionMapper class in the CashBud project. The TransactionMapper class is responsible for mapping raw transaction data to a more structured format.

Summary

• Created a new test file named "TransactionMapperTest.swift" in the "CashBudTests" directory.
• Imported the TransactionMapper class into the "TransactionMapperTest.swift" file.
• Implemented test cases to cover the functionality of the TransactionMapper class.
• Ensured that the test cases are comprehensive and cover different scenarios and edge cases.
• Verified that all tests pass successfully.
