Description

This PR adds unit tests for the LocalPersistenceService in the CashBud project. The LocalPersistenceServiceTest.swift file did not have any existing tests, so this PR creates a new unit test to ensure the functionality of the LocalPersistenceService is properly tested.

Summary of Changes

Created a new unit test in LocalPersistenceServiceTest.swift to test the LocalPersistenceService.
Modified CashBudTests.swift to import the LocalPersistenceServiceTest file.

Please review and merge these changes at your earliest convenience.
