Description

Correctly pass CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH to external libraries built
- I hate CMake!!!!!!!
Some external dependencies were rebuilt all the time as we were not correctly detecting that they were already installed.
Update the version of Mcap so that cmake provides a better log message
