Conda package? #18

I'm fairly sure that Conda packages are much more popular within the computational biology community at this point than Docker or building from source, so with the recent publication of this software in Genome Biology, how about a Conda package to go with it? Thanks for your consideration.

The added benefit of this is you won't need to maintain a docker image (which is currently not up to date with the latest github release).

Yeah, thanks for the reminder! I have been meaning to do that but haven't. I'll put that together and update this issue.

I apologize for the super late response here.

I was away this past summer for another commitment so I haven't been able to finish this. I ran into some errors with third-party dependencies when trying to package spumoni so I wasn't able to finish this prior to the summer but I'll will try to get this working in the coming weeks.
