Going to update this as I upgrade my project.

Wanted to add my notes until I completed the upgrade, but I'm afraid I don't have enough time at the moment and I'm blocked by https://github.com/python-social-auth/social-app-django/issues/2.

In the meantime, feel free to merge this PR.

Gotcha, I'll investigate that other issue, meanwhile I will merge this and then update the file with a note about that other problem.
