Add a heirarchy to the nav menu #8

Add a couple of other items in the nav menu like the ability to view the config files or something.

Make it RO for 0.8 open an enhancement to make it editable once this task is completed.

Relies on and elated to issue #19 have an "offline" section

Moving to 1.0 since I no longer have the empty iRules list issue it's now a nice to have.

I don't know if the view of bigip.conf is very valuable so now that I know I don't need it to make the building of an empty nav tree I think I'll put it off.

I do however need to update it with some other functionality. Most notably local items as well as virtual servers (and later pools)

To Accomplish this: Create a new root node and make it hidden. Then Make a computer icon and have that be for 'local' under which there will be an iRules category just like the BIGIP structure. Then under irules have sections for ltm rules, gtm rules, etc.

Below that I have do decide if I want to have partitions show up as expandable folders.
