Can't edit edit custom rules number #28

It always go back to 0,000. I'm on remote with Windows and client with Raspbian. Client: 1.3.12 Server: 1.3.13

Are you by any chance using the WebUI?

Ok, I found another bug in the WebUI and fixed it, what you said indeed was occurring in the WebUI. When using the Deluge client I cannot reproduce your problem, it saves values correctly. Could you give me some more info? Does running deluge with deluge-debug.exe -L DEBUG give any errors?
