Add LR35902 support #50

This pull request is intended to demonstrate how to add a new backend to strop.

There's no reasonable emulator to use (yet!) Existing gameboy emulators do exist, but pulling them in as dependencies means also bringing in a load of dependencies to do with wasm or desktop guis and things).

LR35902 turned out to be a poor choice given the current ecosystem.
