Headings in right to left scripts should be right aligned #124

Install any module (Arabic, Persian, Central Kurdish, Southern Azeri, etc) that 
uses an RtL script, and switch on display of headings.

Though the verse text is right aligned, the section headings are left aligned. 
This is wrong. The headings should also be right aligned.
