Deuterocanonical books are not accesible from my reading plan #242

In my redingplan.properties I try to write something like Moj 1, Wis 1, Tob 3, 
Sirach 5.

Only Moj 1 is visible in reading plan.

version 20140526
Android 2.3.4

Sorry for continuously annoying with deuterocanonical books but there are some 
catholics in the Czech Republic that read whole Bible with one reading plan and 
this fix is something that will make their comfortable reading with And Bible 
better.

I have added support for dc books in reading plans in today's 20140530 alpha 
release.

The default versification for reading plans is KJV. If you wish to include 
deuterocanonical books in your plan you must specify the versification in the 
properties file. E.g.

Versification=Vulg
1=Sir 1-2
2=1Macc 1-2
3=Bar 1-2
4=Luk 3
