Russian RST has punctuation issues #38

Need to investigate the following:
"1 Peter in the RST works just fine for me as well.  I did notice that almost 
every sentence has problems with punctuation though.  There are extra spaces 
before commas and periods all over the place.  Not sure if that is a SWORD 
problem or something that was introduced by AndBible."

bug found and fixed in 0.2.1 - caused by '-' in Russian bible names
