null safety #3

dart pub upgrade --null-safety null-safety compatible versions do not exist for:

draggable_scrollbar has a PR for it but it seems to be on hold: https://github.com/fluttercommunity/flutter-draggable-scrollbar/pull/45

markdown_widget and looks like it is abandoned maybe.
