Removed 'F' from the Canada postal allowable characters Per list of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_postal_codes_in_Canada, plus check with http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/fpc/business/findAnAddress?execution=e2s3.
