cart displays shipping as part of total without having a line item #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add item to cart
2. select shipping info
3. continue shopping, remove item from cart

When you view the cart it will display the shipping price as the total, but
no apparent source of the cost.

To fix, I added a table row to the footer which displays the shipping price
if it's not the default zero.

I'd like to see a fix for this that zeros out the shipping cost if the cart is
changed since the shipping was calculated.
