Preferences not updating correctly #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the admin/preferences section
2. Tick one one of the check boxes, i.e. store_show_confirmation
3. Click save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the output saved once the save button is clicked however all
of the checkbox preferences don't seem to be getting saved to a mySQL database

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using .07a on InstantRails Windows XP 32bit machine

Please provide any additional information below.
using apache, mysql, rails 2.3.2

This was fixed in a recent version of the code. Forgot to update the bug.
