What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View any product detail.
2. Enter any order for products.

What is the expected output? 
Expected: ability to select alternate currency from dropdown.

What do you see instead?
1. Any product detail view assumes prices are all in USD.
2. Any attempted order assumes prices are all in USD.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version of substruct at http://substruct.subimage.com/
Viewed on Firefox 3.5 under Windows XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a request for enhancement, not a defect report.
