Plan-text emails being wrapped with HTML layout #218

As of revision 348 all expected plain-text emails are sending HTML, but as 
plain text. Looks bad and should be solved.

Appears as if there's a bug in rails that uses any available HTML layout for 
plain-text emails, as noted here:
