submodal if too large is uncloseable #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Shrink your browser window 
2.Open a submodal somehow
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to be able to close it no matter what.  Instead we get it
centering itself to the user, with the close button out of visible sight.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I cannot reproduce this, for me just moving the bottom scroll bar makes the 
button
visible to be clicked.

This really isn't a Substruct bug...I'm closing it. Feel free to post bugs with 
subModal here:

http://code.google.com/p/submodal/

It's not uploaded there yet, but when I get some downtime.
