With my current server where I'm trying to implement the plug-in, there's no way to use it because of the way it implements the use of a resourcepack.
My suggestion: an option to disable the resourcepack management from the plug-in completely and let the server or other plugins itself deal with that.
Disabling the resourcepack suggestion in settings just disable the resourcepack but doesn't let the server deal with the resourcepack from server.propertiea
Edit: nevermind, just did a oopsie with the config and the server was ignoring the original link
