Dear Colleagues: The current version is deficient in these THREE categories:

  1. ARCYBER must be embedded from the incept, not an afterthought. At present, all chips (TSMC, NVIDIA, QUALCOMM are all cybervulnerabilities (aka Spectre and Smeltdown incidence, which can't be cured, unless there is a massive recall and replace with new chips - too costly for all manufacturers).
  2. This document failed to articulate the emerging role of BlockChain and BlockCloud using Quantum Computing by adversaries. In the coming era of Automation (Robots and Drones), Predictive Analytics (real-time social media-based instant videos), and Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) as AAA as a Service (AaaS) will replace the traditional Tactical, Strategic, and Operational ecosystem by AIOps (aka A.I. based Operational without any human interventions as mandated by the NATO Commanders).
  3. The coming era of the Internet of Things/Internet of Battle Things/Internet of Everything (IoT/IoBT/IoE) using EDGE computing and for Smart Installation Bases for the 21st Century - an Army initiative that will require special ARCYBER requirements as all of them must be aligned with GDPR security compliance.
