Adding Downloads page and Ombre logo #14

My next changes will be use of grid instead of flex for css. I like static website generators like Nikola but if I wanted to write a html, css and javascript, my preference is hand crafted files not automatic generators by any means. If you agree, I would continue in this path.

Also , I put the website on https://yoosofan.github.io/ombre-website/index.html for testing. I thinks most people who want to use cryptocurrency, would use the latest browsers. It means we can use the latest technology of web for improving the website.
