Expanded OMBU Toolbar covers display toggle #9

If we could get an expanded toolbar to put a class in the body, then I could use that to nudge the toggle switch down. I've currently got some CSS in there that will push it down if both are present, but it stays nudged down if the toolbar is closed.

Thanks for reporting. We're aware of this issue and will tackle it later as it only affects development and we know to close the toolbar to access the ombuwire handle. I rather we focus resources elsewhere for now.

I figured it was a small future tweak. I currently have some CSS in there that pushes it down when both are present. The only thing is it stays down when the toolbar is collapsed. Super minor.
