Refactorize Ak::t #11

Ak::t is in charge of the translations and locale pattern management for
the whole framework.

When automated locale saving and namespace-based locales where added a
point of complexity was added to the Ak::t() function which now needs to
move part of its functionality to AkLocaleManager or another language
management class.
