\PATCH correct activerecord::find with include

Check the akelos google group with the following subject: "Tutorial last step".

The patch include a core modification, a docs/tutorial.markdown.

I patched the docs/tutorial-fr.markdown but I had to changed a lot of
characters which were bad encoded. I didn't find the right encoding.

I've added a test case (see attachment) and the bug persists on has many
associations. It's mainly caused by the LIMIT clause in the SQL. I'll 
investigate
about it right now. We might add a "virtual" LIMIT for this cases.
