\PATCH Correct lib/AkActionController for default layout -- previous patch was broken

the previous patch to add default template was broken and didn't work.

here is a patch to correct it.

it doesn't work. The patch I provide here corrects this.

if controller.tpl doesn't exist, switch to application.tpl. The rev.172 doesn't 
do
that. It just add default template if $layout is not set.
