Bump omero-marshal dependencies in omero-web role #3

For OMERO 5.3.x, any non-breaking 0.5.x omero-marshal version should be valid. The dependency sets 0.5.1 as the minimum as it contains a patch required for any OMERO version greater than 5.3.1

I am also inclined to merge and release this asap as it contains a necessary fix for the latest OMERO.web deployment. Following up on https://github.com/openmicroscopy/ansible-role-omero-web/pull/4#issuecomment-297649715, I don't have strong preference. I am fine with this being either 1.0.0-m2 and targeting #4 for 1.0.0 or 1.0.0 and targeting #4 for 2.0.0.
