build.gradle.kts isn't handled

These scripts assume there's a file build.gradle. https://github.com/ome/omero-artifact-plugin/tree/v5.5.0-m4 has build.gradle.kts instead.

various options:

• add kotlin version of existing script
• migrate back to groovy from kotlin (cc: @rgozim @jburel)
• have a gradle task which can get/set the values (good deal slower)
• let a repo overwrite a script for its own handling (lie bump-version)
