Step 2 will be:

the display of nested folders in their hierarchy
supports multiple folders at each level.

Current Insight model does not allow ROIs to be in folders with sub-folders - the tree node in the table represents one specific object only, so either a Folder, ROI or Shape.

This will be addressed in subsequent step. Mockup of this mixed Folder-ROI display in comment in Step 3 #11.
