From my side, this PR can go in. As/when work begins on these plugins, this document should be kept up-to-date (if not migrated to the docs).

It'd be great to have this functionality regardless of quite what one has to type in the CLI to get it.

@mtbc How much of this could be easily implemented using your (relatively) recent graph work?

Much would be fairly easy with the caveat that the current work expects one to specify the kinds of answers one wants: e.g. "all the images in a screen" or "all the map annotations anywhere within a project" or whatever. And, there is a wrinkle: one says "stop at ROIs" if one doesn't want that screen's images to include masks.
