Website push job #170

This ports the https://ci.openmicroscopy.org/view/Mgmt/job/WWW-merge/ job to the devspaces by creating a merge job integrating all open PRs and pushing an integration branch.

The GitHub pages deployment of https://snoopycrimecop.github.io/www.openmicroscopy.org/ has also been adjusted to deploy the merge_ci branch.
