git checkout: clone more recent tag #198

Usage of one tag does not reflect the evolution of the tools.

This PR uses 3 versions, one per repo, and uses latest versions for each repo.

Is this container even used ? I thought the cloning was happening per Jenkins job

It is started but does not seem to be used. So I could get rid of it. I certainly did not change it for the recent work The cloning is happening per job Looking at code only at the moment
