Adds a few minor features from the list at #6.

• Adds an 'About' dialog with a couple of sentences and links
• Adds links from key-words in the JSON .zattrs to corresponding sections of the spec (appropriate version). E.g. when you mouse over the multiscales key of a version 0.4 JSON, you see an (i) icon that links to https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/0.4/index.html#multiscale-md
• 3D cube doesn't spin back and forth forever - it turns once, then stops (mouse-over will turn it)
• 3D cube Z-chunks fixed - now works same as X and Y. Minimum Z-depth removed, so sizeZ=1 will be really 2D.
