Created examples of some ro-crate-metadata.json files using existing zattr information.

Thanks, @sherwoodf. Sorry for the long vacation-based silence.

Is there anything in particular anyone wants to discuss here? In my mind, it's not horrible but we'd probably need to see what is necessary, e.g., in ome-zarr-py to consume it. (Either a more flattened/compacted style or pre-processing the JSON-LD into framed JSON)
