fixes to zarr crate classes, and example of how to read metadata from an ro-crate to retrieve taxonomic id and id for imaging type

Thanks, @sherwoodf. I'll get these rolled into the next release (0.0.7) though I guess it's time to start pushing towards 0.1.0 😉
