@rgozim you will have to roll back the change to SNAPSHOT since it has already been done in another PR

With the last set of changes, it is now possible to build omero again. But The server does not start

Could not import omero.cli! (No module named ObjectFactoryRegistrar)

Also before merging this PR, the issue when reading snapshot from artifactory needs to be fixed
