Gradle issue similar to what we have seen with omero-insight As discussed on https://github.com/ome/omero-insight/pull/349, we can use the GHA to change the system gradle or opt to add to repo the gradlew files and the version of gradle we wish to have

The current set up will use the system gradle (8 in that case) before doing anything.
