In getting started with OMERO.downloader, I found some info missing from the README...

Also wanted to emphasise the difference between download and export which was missed in https://forum.image.sc/t/batch-export-entire-projects-in-omero/30172/19

Also adds note about compatible server versions. See https://github.com/ome/omero-downloader/issues/29
