Image marshal without request #154

This fixes 2 bugs that made OMERO.figure incompatible with OMERO 5.1 and OMERO 5.0.

To test, check that figure works on latest 5.2.x:

With the release version of figure, there might be something wrong on apache22 5.1.4 see https://github.com/ome/omero-install/pull/110#issuecomment-219393294

Tested on 5.0.8 ubuntu 14.04 nginx (docker image built using https://github.com/ome/omero-install/pull/110) Able to create and manipulate figure, not possible w/o this PR.

Reverted last commit since we fix the same issue better in https://github.com/ome/figure/pull/163 and this was conflicting.
