strokeWidth unset after copy/paste crop region to Rectangle #341

For Rectangles created via copy of a crop region and paste as ROI, they are missing strokeWidth which causes an error on Figure export.

Reported at https://forum.image.sc/t/error-when-exporting-from-omero-figure-to-pdf/28429 and from @pwalczysko workshop.
