Export as PNG, lower resolution #394

Feedback from OME 2020 meeting: Users often want a lower resolution figure export (TIFF is too large) so they tend to export as PDF and then take a screenshot. Could add option to export directly as PNG at lower resolution, e.g. 72 dpi.
