Some Images have time-stamp metadata that has a time offset from the desired time-stamp labels.
Need an option for adding or removing a fixed amount of time before formatting time-stamp labels.
This could be stored in seconds or milliseconds, but the user might want to choose the value in hrs, mins or secs etc?
