These changes drop the custom PyTest test command and use the development test-infra branch to call pytest directly.

@sbesson you want to go ahead and merge this? Then I think we could release 6.2.0 (https://github.com/ome/omero-figure/milestone/17) cc @jburel

I have no additional work planned on all the downstream PRs of https://github.com/ome/omero-test-infra/pull/68 and I would certainly be inclined to get all of these reviewed & merged across the board.
