Fix URLs for PyPI #24

Se per https://github.com/ome/omero-figure/pull/267 this updates the README to use the full URL for the support file so that the link works from PyPI

@jburel pushed another commit here to fix the PyPI link - can we get this PR merged once it's green please?

Will you take care of the other repositories to update the PyPI URL? i.e. omero-webtest and omero-weberror

Since you are updating the file could you also fix

as described here

missing _ at the end =>not rendered correctly on PyPI cf. https://pypi.org/project/omero-gallery/

@jburel hopefully fixed now - the issue was a linebreak by the looks of things.

Opened PRs on weberror & webtest to update those READMEs, can't find any other links to PyPI in READMEs
