Aim to document the un-released 'categories' UI. There was interest in using the new UI at the Dundee workshop in September and elsewhere.

This needs to be merged as part of the full release of the 'IDR' UI.

Generally :+1: for documenting the two states. Would it be possible to have a screenshot of the two states rather than the image viewer screenshot?

Merging to get gallery released. Happy to see README updates and extensions as a follow-up.
