Single category layout is only 2 columns #73

This bug was introduced in https://github.com/ome/omero-gallery/pull/68

If you only have a single category eg

omero.web.gallery.category_queries={"all":{"label":"All Studies", "index":0, "query":"FIRST500:Name"}}

Then this restricts the layout to 2 columns.
