A similar problem to the one fixed in https://github.com/ome/ome-zarr-py/pull/41 has been raised when loading the zarr data This implies that the zarr notebooks are no longer working. This PR install ome-zarr, psutil now needs to be added since it now appears to be missing when installing from PyPI. Check that the idr0062_pixel_classification_zarr.ipynb is running

Built using repo2docker from this branch

idr0062_pixel_classification_zarr notebook definitely works fine, all cells. Nice new viewing features too.

I use the query instead of the web link and that fixed the travis issue. Merging now
