Add copy container creation #5

Add new features to the walkthrough Data management....

Create new P/D
Copy and Paste link (with warning about the lack of deep copy and behaviour when deleting doubly linked images)
Note about the workflow of a manager in a group where they are not a member

I will try to point to those features possibly in more granular manner from the facility manager walkthrough https://github.com/ome/omero-guides/pull/12

Sorry, mostly nitpicking tweaks. Haven't checked layout yet - need to fix local build...

@will-moore I need to add a line for building the doc locally to that repo similar to https://github.com/ome/omero-guides (no submodule in that case and you need to be in the docs folder before running make html).

@will-moore I have put the _build folder on squig under team/will/build-from-petr - you can access it using sshuttle and Finder or via idr0-slot3

/ome/team/will

Thanks - The images all have a slightly distorted aspect ratio. Either the width needs to be updated to match the aspect ratio of the original, or the width attribute needs to be removed so that can assume their natural width.

I have removed the width, it seems to me to work.
