Support opening of multiple Wells #406

It should be possible to open multiple Wells: e.g. /iviewer/?wells=105467,105468. to show all the images in the Wells.

Don't know if/how the thumbnail panel would indicate which image is in which Well?

I think most of the times the image names would include an indicator of the according well. If not maybe just display under the info panel of the images not only the well ID but also the "name" row+column.
